Matt Rees – The Welsh Runner

In 2015 I started running as a new year's resolution to get fit and help with my mental health. I had struggled badly with anxiety but running has helped me enormously. My journey has lead me from muddy Welsh parks to the roads of London. From winning big races to helping others. Follow my ups and downs in my pursuit to be the best runner I can be.
